“We trust nature to know what it is doing… Can we not trust that the very same forces that created the rhythms and cycles of nature created our own? Of course we can.”
— Jeffrey R. Anderson
There is a fundamental law: Everything in life is governed by cycles.
Every year we cycle through 365 days and nights, the 4 seasons, 12 zodiac cycles, 9 numerology cycles, millions of in and out breaths, etc. Even projects move through cycles from beginning to completion.
As we become more aware of the shifts in energy within natural cycles, we can consciously choose to be supported by them. This helps us go with the flow!
And by exploring the power of cycles, we open ourselves to experience more flexibility, adaptability and intuition as we begin to master handling transitions and change.
If we look at just the cycles I noted above, it’s clear that different cycles overlap and interact and have varying levels of influence. Over this next year I will walk you through 9 common sequential energies and how to navigate the transition periods between them.
The ONE Energy
Because we are now starting the calendar year, we are in a number ONE energy. ONE is a male, fiery, active, yang, father-principled energy. It is the unity from which all manifestation proceeds. It is supreme cause and pure potentiality.
This is a time of new beginnings. It is a time to develop your will, to assert what you stand for and take the lead. Be open to new things and new ways of doing things. Plant new seeds. Stimulate your creativity and lay out new plans. Muster your courage to step forward in life.
Personally I spend the first part of January fine tuning my purpose, vision, goals and action plans. I pay particular attention to being crystal clear and anchoring deep within me my new strategies.
The universal ONE energy is naturally available to support you at this time. I will let you know when the energy moves into a TWO cycle and how to adjust to it.
Please comment below on how you experience the ONE energy.
“Beginning is not only a kind of action. It is also a frame of mind, a kind of work, an attitude, a consciousness.”
— Edward Said
