Build the awareness habit

“There is no waiting for something to happen, no point in the future to get to. All you have ever longed for is here in this moment, right now.”

~ Oriah Mountain Dreamer ~

You’ve heard from us, over and over again, of the need to STOP and PAY ATTENTION. If we seek empowerment, we must learn to be fully present, because now is the only time we have – ever. Tomorrow never comes.

Yet that’s not the way we generally deal with life, is it? We can feel quite confident that we will do something new that will bring the changes we want to our lives. Chances are, though, we’re not doing anything differently right now because we’re not fully conscious in this moment.

Fortunately, we can learn to be present. We can build the awareness habit, and when we do, magic happens! We gain the power to truly see what is going on now and to consciously choose what we most want in that moment. And when we make those empowered choices, time and time again, our lives gently transform.

stay with the present I have been learning to be present for years now. Along the way, I’ve discovered 7 key principles that reveal how to choose the most empowering path, moment by moment.

Today, we’re happy to release to you a new email series: The Awareness Journey to Know Yourself. It offers 3 months of very short daily emails that reinforce, day by day, these 7 steps to empowerment.

This is a ‘how to’ series. Read one quick email each day and take the instructions into life with you. It’s not hard – in fact, it’s really very simple. The hard part is remembering to be present, and that’s why the daily emails are such a help. Every day, they will remind you to be present and reinforce the key steps so you can experience yourself and your life differently.

You have rich treasures inside you, but you have to become conscious of them. Awareness is vital for change. I know this series will help you do that.
