STOP and consciously breathe

shutterstock_76863985Breath links the inner and outer worlds. How do you feel now? Then take a deep in breath into your diaphragm for 5 seconds and let it out slowly for 7 seconds. Do this 3 times.  – OOOOHH that feels good. Deep breathe many times per day to fully relax. I use breathing as my mini awareness ritual. Try it now and let me know how you feel differently.

I am amazed how often I stay too focused and not breathe deeply. And when I deep breathe when I work, I am definitely more creative.
