The cycles within cycles

“All motion is cyclic. It circulates to the limits of its possibilities and then returns to its starting point.” — Robert Collier

Life cycles
Cycles influence everything, including new relationships, projects, meetings, habits and how we manifest what we want.

Our last email on cycles outlined the new perspectives required to shift from a masculine, yang, active, father-principled energy to a more feminine, yin, nurturing, loving cycle.

Once you are into a new cycle, it’s helpful to be aware of the common phases of the cycle’s progression. We can look to the moon for understanding. The moon exhibits its phases very clearly through the waxing and waning from a new moon to full moon and back again to a new moon.

The first 25% of a cycle (new relationships, projects, meetings, etc) is a time of new beginnings, new projects, ideas for growth, spontaneity and instinctual action. It is a time of great intentions and hopes for the future.

Responding to this new activity, the second 25% of the cycle brings up challenges and obstacles that can impede and even stop the new energy. To overcome these blocks, we need to more deeply commit to change, refine our plans, heal the past and make important decisions to keep the course unfolding as we desire.

If the previous quarter’s challenges are overcome, the third quarter is a time of integration. It is a time for conscious growth, clearer values, and manifesting and attracting desired results. If possible, meditate and be open. It is okay to get excited and be thankful as you share successes with others.

If we have integrated the experiences of the first three phases, the last quarter brings the rewards of higher consciousness. It is a time to more integration, rest, letting go and being open to the next cycle.

Do you see how these phases unfold in your meetings, relationships and projects?

~ John

“Every phase of evolution commences by being in a state of unstable force and proceeds through organization to equilibrium. Equilibrium having been achieved, no further development is possible without once more oversetting the stability and passing through a phase of contending forces.” — Kabbalah
