Here is a quick review of the first 3 cycles. Cycle ONE energy starts on January 1 with a strong male, yang, wilful, courageous energy that supports new beginnings. We then move (about 40 days later) to an inward, nurturing, intuitive and love energy of the TWO cycle and then into the outward-focused, intelligent, expressive, communicative energy of the THREE cycle.
The FOUR energy is characterized by stability, structure and order. It supports foundations, wholeness and completion. Consider that there are 4 elements making up all matter, 4 cardinal directions in a circle of wholeness and 4 seasons to complete each year.
From a higher perspective, this is the Creation energy that grounds the trinity of spirit into form. This is the time to lay solid foundations for the rest of the cycles. It is a time to create fertile ground to allow manifestation to happen. It is a time of being sensitive, understanding, sympathetic, orderly and disciplined.
The 4 is an energy of perfection, beauty, harmony, renewal and ethical work. If it is not fully integrated or understood, it can be experienced as narrow minded, materialistic, habitual, vacillating, insignificant and conflicted.
How do we intentionally shift from a 3 intellectual energy to the grounded 4 energy? Consider shifting your focus and actions from:
• planning to execution
• ideas to action
• imagination to basics
• expression to service
• philosophy to artistry
To consciously work with the 4 energy, answer the questions below:
• In your life, what needs more structure, security or order?
• How are your finances out of order?
• Where are you not responsible?
• How can you be more efficient and effective?
• What greater service to others can you offer?
• In what areas is your life out of balance?
• What shadows, defenses and struggles are raising their heads and calling out for more healing?
We have just moved into a very similar energy in the astrological cycle of Taurus – the stable, reliable, practical and grounded strength and sometimes rigidity, stubbornness and materialism of the Bull that sustains down to earth life and pleasures.
