Who are you – really?

“Who am I?”

“Knowing others is wisdom; knowing the self is enlightenment.” — Tao Te Ching

It’s surprising that we have to ask ourselves this question. But we do. And we have to look very carefully at our answers… because for the most part, we’re not who we think we are!

So, who are you, really? This is so important! We will never resolve our problems in life if we do not know the truth of who we are.

On the personal growth journey, we become aware of:

  • who we truly are – as personality and soul.
  • what to heal – our unresolved shadows, wounds and unfilled needs.
  • what to express and aspire to – our unique purpose and potential.
  • how we change and evolve.

Know Thyself.” We must each discover this for ourselves. No one else can do this for us. The more we know and express our authentic self, the more meaning, joy and fulfillment we have in our life.
