Acceptance Beliefs

It doesn’t matter what we do until we accept ourselves. Once we accept ourselves, it doesn’t matter what we do.” -- Charly Heavenrich

Do you believe there’s something wrong with you?

If so, we hope to convince you that the only thing wrong with you is that belief?

“It’s true!” you might say. “I’m always screwing up!”

Well, ponder this.

Any negative belief that we are bad, faulty or not good enough brings negative feelings with it. Fear, doubt, insecurity, self-consciousness … they all get in the way of anything we want to be and do.

If you judge you’re a failure, it’s likely the fear that’s to blame. So how do you get rid of the fear? By refusing to believe there’s anything wrong with you.

Please take a moment to imagine that you are absolutely fine, just as you are.
How does that feel?
Freeing? Powerful? Thrilling?
Yes! You are all of those – free, powerful and full of potential – if you will just let go of your belief that there’s something wrong with you.

Accept yourself completely, just as you are, and the world will open up for you.
It’s not that you’ll never goof up again, but you’ll be able to roll with the punches.
It will be the activity that didn’t go right – not that you aren’t right. Big difference!
