Healing the Past with the 5 E’s
"Problems do not go away. They must be worked through or else they remain, forever a barrier to the growth and development of the spirit."
-- M. Scott Peck
Hi {FIRSTNAME friend},
Nobody likes problems, right? Certainly, our ego dislikes obstacles and limitations and wants to get rid of them as quickly as possible. Often, we blame these troubles on someone or something outside of us – “It’s not my fault!”
But problems play an important role in our development. As much as we want to lay the blame outside of us, problems only surface when something within us is out of alignment with the true nature of who we are. Mentally, emotionally and physically, we are operating from incorrect information. When we encounter problems, that’s our clue to correct that information.
And so it helps to shift our perspective. Problems help us grow! Any time we encounter a challenge, life is letting us know that we have a faulty belief that’s holding us back. Like it or not, pain gets our attention. If we want to be rid of the pain, we must do the work to find our truth and clear our blocks.
How do we clear the blocks? By opening to a bigger picture of life. Any time we can see a bigger picture - when we can find meaning in our experience - we expand our consciousness and the problem as we knew it goes away.
Are you keen to look at your problems in a whole new way? We invite you to request our Spiritual Awareness/Grow Yourself Workbook. We’ll show you how to Heal the Past with the 5 E’s: Explore, Experience, Elevate, Embrace and Express.
How reassuring it is to find there’s purpose in our pain!

"The things which hurt, instruct."
-- Benjamin Franklin
