Tap into your intuitive truth
"A man must be obedient to the promptings of his innermost heart."
~ Robertson Davies ~
Hi,
How do you tap into your intuitive stream of truth?
I spent years exploring how to call forth creativity, intuition and higher guidance. Sometimes
I tapped easily into a flow of ideas and coincidences. Other times it seemed like I was paddling
upstream and getting nowhere. I was stuck in a void of no answers or guidance.
From my experience, consciously opening the doorway to our higher guidance requires two steps.
First, we must clearly set an intention or articulate a question.
For the second step, we must be able to truly allow the answers to come. Any effort to go
after the answers -- to attempt to make something happen -- effectively blocks intuition. The
state of allowing requires complete relaxation -- being willing to trust completely that higher
guidance is there with the answers. It is such a subtle yet rewarding experience.
Try this exercise.
With authority, clarity and repetition, ask your higher self a question for which you
definitely and sincerely seek an answer. Be willing to trust that higher guidance is there
to support you and that you are worthy enough to receive this guidance. When you feel your
intention is solid and you are clear and ready, let it go, relax, open and simply pay attention
to your experience.
Be aware that opening to intuition is an art. If you are willing to repeatedly explore
your experience, you will be rewarded. Trust in that!
I cannot over-emphasize the importance of finding your own answers and building your self
trust and self reliance so you can genuinely experience and express who you are.
So ask and listen, focus and relax, have a clear intention and open up, do a little
thinking and then rest in the gaps between thoughts.
Enjoy your inner journey..

"The only real valuable thing is intuition."
