Think It and Ink It!
The more you use your brain,
the more brain you will have to use.
~ George A. Dorsey ~
Hi everyone,
Is your mind your best friend or your worst enemy?
It can be our worst enemy if we allow our thoughts to think us. Until we build an
awareness habit, almost all of what we do, think and say comes from old patterns
in our subconscious minds. This old thinking is typically repetitive, shallow,
negative and limiting. It sabotages our dreams.
How do we break from these stuck, limiting patterns? With journaling! Think It
and Ink It.
Journaling captures our thoughts and feelings on paper. Unless we write them
down, thoughts too easily disappear. We don't realize that we continue to think
the same old thoughts, over and over again. You think about 60,000 thoughts per
day. How many are you aware of?
Once we can see what we're thinking on paper, we naturally begin to think in
different ways. We get our mind working for us, rather than against us. Through
journaling we discover how we think, create, learn and intuit. It helps us hold
steady our fleeting thoughts, sensations and inspirations so we can give them more
attention, reflection and meaning.
Get off the mental merry-go-round. Gain the control, momentum, synergy and big
picture thinking that's possible when you learn to:
-
Slow your mind so you can see how you think.
-
Quadruple your learning by stimulating your senses.
-
Create a bigger picture of yourself and your life.
-
Change your perspective.
-
Begin to think with all of your brain.
-
Enhance your creativity, healing, clarity and intuition.
-
Connect with your subconscious mind.
Journaling does all that for us and more. It's a transformational tool that
unleashes our creative genius. With journaling, you will empower your mind to be
your best friend. And your life will never be the same.

"Each thought that is welcomed and recorded is a nest egg, by the side of which more will be laid.
~ Henry David Thoreau ~
"The positive thing about writing is
that you connect with yourself in the deepest way, and that's heaven. You get a
chance to know who you are, to know what you think. You begin to have a relationship
with your mind.
~ Natalie Goldberg ~
