If we’re not aware, we can let days, weeks, months
and even years go by without consciously connecting with our experience. What
was important? Did we sense any joy, peace, understanding, meaning or purpose?
When we are on auto-pilot, life disappears on us and we have nothing meaningful
to show for it.
We continually attract people and events to us based on who we are, primarily at
a subconscious level. So what are we attracting to us? We can learn from every
encounter, thought, feeling and event – if we pay attention.
This week, we offer a simple but powerful tool – The Insight Tracker on One Page
– to help you build an awareness habit. Using this form will encourage you to
capture the insights, connections, deep feelings, ideas, etc. that are always
present but often missed. If life touches us, there is meaning there and it is
up to us to identify with it.
Try this process for a week. Keep the form where you can easily see and access
it daily. Use it to capture anything that makes an impression on you. We begin
to value life more when we can review and integrate meaningful insights that
manifest in daily living.
