Below is your guide to completing each of the boxes.

Manifesting Goals Process on One Page

The processes below fill the ongoing need to balance the yang energy (doing, persistence, focus) with the yin energy (being, letting go, opening up, letting in).

  1. Write down in Box 1 what you want to create. If you are not clear, you may want to complete the Goals on One Page process.
  2. Manifesting requires focus and consistency of attention to anchor solidly new habits, awareness and goals in the conscious and subconscious minds. It is so easy for something new to go in one ear and out the other or we do it once and then forget about it. Learn great ways to improve memory and being conscious more often. Write it, draw it, symbolize it, ritualize it, etc. Visit the Mind Tools List to identify more ways of anchoring your desire into the subconscious mind. Consistency of attention creates. See the Rules for Affirmations or create a Creed to create effective, lasting images and phrases. Write them in Box 2.
  3. Idealize your perfect solution. Think beyond the form using the higher energies of benefits, the essence of what you want and the qualities or meaning you want to experience. Essence, meaning and high level qualities are of spirit and are causal. Specifics and form are not causal. Write down in Box 3 and focus on your ideals, essence and qualities. How might this benefit others? How would it be of least harm to others.
  4. Make time to relax and reflect on what you are creating. Seek silence and meditate on your purpose and align with the divinity within you. Allow new doors to open where you did not even know doors existed. A great metaphor is to creating space (rid clutter and busyness) in your life. Let go and allow synchronicity to happen. In your relaxed state you are more aware. There are always opposing forces and blocks with each of us - issues of worthiness, pride, greed, guilt, resentment, rationalization, anger and lack of willpower. Go inside and identify the forces and fears challenging your intention. Connect with them and accept them - allow them to be there without judgement. Experience the essence of your manifestation melting them away. In Box 4 write ways of creating space and blocks that can hold you back.
  5. Experience having what you want. Use your imagination. Visualize yourself with manifestation complete. Follow the flow. Ask questions. Listen for answers. Listen for questions to ask. Often intuition comes through questions, not answers. Ask for a symbol of this new creation. Allow it to come into your mind. It may seem like you are making it up. Then meditate on the SYMBOL as well as the ESSENCE. Intuition and the subconscious work better with symbols. BE OPEN TO RECEIVE MORE AND THE UNEXPECTED. Create a few rituals (e.g., with candles, breath work, flowers, aromas, prayer, a sacred spot, a manifesting box) to ground the energies and anchor your goal more deeply with your subconscious mind. Get your whole being involved with the manifestation. Write down your symbol or rituals or answers to your questions.
  6. Understand the manifesting process: Look at our manifesting tips list to get and write down in Box 6 more ideas of how to co-create what you want and integrate the new habits and ways of being as you grow and change. Manifesting is a stepping down of energy, so identify what you can do physically, emotionally, mentally and spiritually. Keep playing with creative ways of integration and implementation. Explore creative journaling tools such as modeling, lateral thinking, and creating 26 quick and fun insights with the ABC poem. (Box 6)
  7. Get support! What may work for you is brainstorming ideas with others or just speaking your truth and discussing and connecting with others. You may want to consider getting a confidant, coach (e-coach, in person, telephone or teleconference coach) or mastermind group. In Box 7 write who could support you?
  8. Gratitude confirms your participation in the cycles of life. Give thanks for your insights, the abundance and co-creation process of the universe and your participation in this process. Live your abundance and you will attract positive things into your life. Maintain a Gratitude Journal. In Box 8 summarize what you are grateful for.
  9. Track signs of change: A great way to stay on top of ongoing results and new steps to reach your goals is to create and daily monitor an idealized Dream Calendar. You can also set up a daily tracking form to track what is important to you. Bring awareness to your life: Nothing will happen till we STOP and make time to focus on our process. Watch your thinking. Watch how you are feeling. Accept whatever comes up, feel your experience then consciously choose to focus on what you want. To move beyond the already unconscious triggering and reinforcement of old patterning. Identify some proactive, planned triggers and reactive, hot buttons that bring your attention to integrating and manifesting what you desire. Once you write down a few, see our list of triggers to see if any others arise. Write in Box 9 your next review dates.
