Use your awareness and processing strengths

The most important thing is to keep the most important thing, the most important thing says Stephen Cover. So try doing this by using your predominant learning style.

  • Visual? – draw pictures or write with big colourful pens.
  • Like words? – write it out on a piece of coloured paper so it is easily visible and readable.
  • Audio? – make a tape of affirmations and play it back to yourself.
  • Kinesthetic? – Keep what is important in sight in an obvious place – on your coffee mug, on your phone receiver.
