How to change your subconscious mind

Lasting change occurs only when we revise the programming in our subconscious minds. That’s why it helps to use 4 to 6 different growth tools focused on achieving your goals. Find tools and processes to stimulate your subconscious to shift the deep beliefs that have given rise to your block.

Our challenge is to gain control of our thinking and self-talk so we feed the subconscious clear, consistent, constructive messages. To program the subconscious requires RAP – repetition, authority and peace of mind. Take leadership and tell your mind what you want many times a day, and do it with feeling, confidence and meaning. Be aware that the subconscious does not process negatives–that’s why we use positive affirmations. Tell it WHAT you want, but not HOW. It will figure out how to bring about what you desire. Use mental pictures, symbols, colors, music, the senses, breath work, and fun. Use metaphors and analogies as the subconscious mind is very indirect.

“It’s the repetition of affirmations that leads to belief. And once that belief becomes a deep conviction, things begin to happen.” — Claude M. Bristol

“Most people have no idea of the giant capacity we can immediately command when we focus all of our resources on mastering a single area of our lives.” — Anthony Robbins
