Opening to the big picture – at least once/month

When I can’t see the forest for the trees, I step back and find space. I most love to find a new quiet journaling spot like a coffee shop or park. In a location away from home and work, I can get a bigger perspective. Starting with a blank page, I look deeper for insights and listen for inner guidance.  Higher guidance is only fresh and in the now. I love to ponder life and how I fit in and then when I’m ready, I ask some serious questions. When I’ve written as much as I can, I pick at least one new Idea, own it and integrate it and plan to take a new action. A quick review of my writing for the next week ensures that the ideas do not slide away. I also believe in celebrating successes. The more I enjoy what’s going right for me, the more easily and productively my life flows.
