We came into this world with a blank slate.  Our minds were clear,  yet open to the most subtle impressions.

As time passed, we unknowingly created our defences, limiting beliefs, self-sabotaging programs, a controlling ego, and more.

We let these engrained impressions shape our perceptions of who we think we are today. We still let others - a parent, spouse, boss, teacher, define who we are.

We are our own worst enemies. We are conditioned creatures of habits and reactions.

The path of least resistance is our unconscious, limiting behaviours.

What stops you from evolving? Just knowing your blocks, is half-way to healing them.

We each have literally over 100 separators 
blocking who we truly are and can be.  How often do you say, - if, when, maybe, should, could, try, etc.

What stops you? Lost, ignorance, pain, stuck, fear, anger, karma, the unknown, VICTIM, attachments, ego, justifiers, excuses, ignorance, self-centeredness, mistrust, know it all, reactive emotions, negative self-talk, etc.

Truth, opportunities, and love are filtered THROUGH your subconscious mind.
