There is no need to do anything with any answers that come up. Just be conscious of where you are. Take some deep breaths to relax your whole being.
Please do not be concerned if you are not experiencing dramatic flashes of insight. Trust that the process of paying attention is working for you. And it will–if you are willing to use it–over and over and over again.
